One session of massage usually feels great, but the greatest benefits of massage therapy and bodywork are experienced cumulatively over time.  

The NicciB Wellness membership option makes it possible to benefit from regular treatments and allows you to invest in wellness by taking proactive action towards better health and functionality.

Choose one or more of the 4 available treatment options :

  • Sports Massage

  • Reflexology

  • Full Body Touch Therapy

  • Head to Hips Touch Therapy. 


Choose term plan:

short - 3 months,

medium - 6 months or

longer - 12 months

Select the quantity of treatments per month:

1 per month or 

2 per month (fortnightly)



  • Never lose a treatment, by gifting it to another when you are unable to use it.

  • Plus an additional complimentary treatment in your birthday month.

  • Complimentary lifestyle coaching and ongoing wellness support i.e. 

    • supplemental guidance,

    • nutritional assistance and

    • movement motivation. 

  • Receive discounts and special offers from partnered health and fitness associates. 



x1 treatment per month for 3 months = 5% discount per treatment

x1 treatment per month for 6 months = 10% discount per treatment

x1 treatment per month for 12 months = 15% discount per treatment

x2 treatment per month for 3 months = 10% discount per treatment

x2 treatment per month for 6 months = 15% discount per treatment 

x2 treatment per month for 12 months = 20% discount per treatment



  1. Members who purchase a NicciB Wellness membership have access to all of their membership sessions immediately upon payment in full.

  2. These membership sessions can be used anytime as long as the membership is current and active.

  3. You may upgrade to a longer session at an additional charge.

  4. You may also share accrued sessions with a nominated recipient.

  5. If you do not use your session for that month, it will simply roll-over into next month.   However, all sessions must be used during membership term plan and all sessions not used will be lost when the membership plan comes to an end.

  6. As long as your membership payment is up-to-date you will be considered an active member in good standing.

  7. If through no fault of NicciB Wellness, your payment is insufficient, you will be charged an additional fee for expenses incurred.  We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.

  8. This membership and services purchased under this membership are non-transferable to any other person or entity without prior agreement.

  9. For purposes of identification and accounting purposes, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete and updated information including your name, address, telephone number and applicable payment data.

  10. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.

  11. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises.

  12. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership.

  13. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time upon reasonable notice.  Should prices increase, you have the right to cancel membership without penalty during initial period following cancellation guidelines as described below.



  1. You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

  2. Cancellations without 48 hour notice may result the session being claimed as used, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

  3. No shows will result in a full charge for that session.



  1. This agreement may be terminated during the first third of your membership period upon the following conditions:

    • Your death or

    • permanent physical disability, or

    • if you move out more than an hour away.

  2. Written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges to your account.

  3. Contracted membership services will be forfeited at time of cancellation effective date.


3, 6 or 12 Month Membership Contract – MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS:

  1. NicciB Wellness membership monthly payments are the responsibility of the contract holder.  Payment can be made via EFT or cash deposit.

  2. The payment is due monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment (this is the sign-up date).

  3. The monthly fees are due each month for the agreed upon terms of contract, or until the termination of the membership.



  1. There may be times when you would like to freeze your membership due to extenuating circumstances, such as extended illness, military leave or temporary relocation.

  2. When a membership is frozen, a member may not use his/her membership benefits or accrued membership services for the duration of the freeze period.

  3. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen.

  4.  Terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the original Membership Agreement continue to apply through the extended membership term.

  5. To initiate a freeze, contact Nicci B admin.



  1. All requests for membership cancellation must be submitted to NicciB Wellness admin at least 30 days in advance.

  2. Once we have received and completed your request the next scheduled monthly charge and all those that were to follow, will be cancelled.

  3. Membership will be valid until, but not on, the date of the first cancelled payment; after that date, all member benefits, including unused accrued services, will also be cancelled.
