Spring Clean the body from the inside out - Step B: BALANCE

Once the ABOLISH protocol has been completed, and unwanted elements removed, we need to reintroduce BALANCE to the body.

This step involves replacing necessary

  • biotics,

  • nutrients,

  • trace elements

and support bodily functioning for optimum homeostatsis.

Biotics are those micro-organisms that support our wellbeing, starting in the stomach with the prob-biotics' Saccharomyces boulardii, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis; that are useful in treating H. Pylori, a pre-cancerous and stomach/peptic ulcer causing bacteria.

Fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and drinking others, such as kombucha, kefir, will support pro-biotic growth and maintenance.

By eating high fibre and fermented foods we can support healthy bacterial colonies, so they, in greater numbers, can keep the balance by controlling destructive bacterial colonies and pathogens.

After ensuring that gut heath has been adequately balanced and restored, we can address micro mineral depletion such as magnesium, calcium, boron, iron, zinc...

These will allow better functioning between extra (outside) and intra (inside) cellular activity thus addressing issues such as lymph stagnation and liver detoxification pathways. Supporting our 'detox' systems we can reduce the body's need to store toxins and prevent inflammatory responses that ultimately lead to discomforts e.g. asthma & eczema, and diseases such as cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes type 2.

Reducing stress, becoming aware of triggers and adopting better coping mechanisms are fundamental in restoring cognitive/mental health.
