The Law of Giving & Receiving
(as per The Seven Laws of Spiritual Success - Deepak Chopra)
These notes are to provide support and insight into the live distance healing session on youtube. They are also your 'homework' or 'take-aways' for continued self development. We use various literature, introduced for further reading, and insight, together with the book, in focus, to give us intent and cause.
Please remember to prepare your space & self to be fully present during the session for best benefit.
This week our metaphysical healing session will have the objective of learning the art of giving & receiving as a part of our journey of self discovery towards self knowledge and developing our natural energy tools and resources.

This week we will focus upon:
Base chakra (red) in order to ground ourselves
Heart chakra to get in touch with the feeling of love and how we can use this to embrace this law.
Become AWARE of our sensory engagement with life to enhance our sense-u-all-ness.

Homework & Take-aways for the week:
Use your purple circle of light as a protective energetic layer/circle, to center, protect and feel safe.
Use your breathing and heart beat to find your center.
Take time each day to be silent/meditate to connect with your spirit, to just BE.
Practice non-assumption by using The four Agreements to inspire and empower your state of being aware.
Give a gift to everyone you encounter, be it a compliment, a flower, or a prayer. This will being the process of circulating joy and affluence in your life and in the lives of others.
Gratefully receive every gift that life offers you. Be open to receiving, whether it be a material gift from others, a compliment, or a prayer.
Silently wish everyone you encounter happiness, joy, and laughter. By giving and receiving the gifts of caring, affection, appreciation, and the love, you will keep wealth circulating in your life.
When you need to check-in (pit stop) during the week, read through the related weekly intuitively guided card layout and messages.
An unexpected development...
In preparation for the next week and third law of Spiritual Success, that of the Law of Karma or Cause & Effect becomes relevant as part of week 2, and the distance healing session, as above, with focus on the heart chakra.
Using our senses is very necessary to remain grounded and enable one to connect with 'more than the self'...an infinite connection to a divine experience, allowing our seed to begin to germinate and root, during a phase of collecting our selves towards ourselves, only the best and most effective parts.
